Whitney: Practice Manager
Whitney has been in the Dental field for 3 years and completed her RDA program in 2021. While being an assistant at Flower Mound Dental she has developed into the role of Office Manager. She loves taking care of patients helping them chairside and financially within the office. She also is the lead Dental Assistant for Pearl Street’s Oral Surgery program. Whitney loves to sing, shop, watch supercross and be with her friends and family. She is married to her high school sweetheart Austin and have three dogs together. In her free time, you will catch her spending time with her three nephews or going on adventures with her family riding their four wheelers and fishing.
Rachel: Dental Hygienist
As a practicing dental hygienist of over 8 years, Rachel is passionate about educating her patients on how to achieve their optimal oral health. Rachel graduated with honors from Southern University at Shreveport in 2015 and recognized as the Colgate Star Student of her class. Rachel started with Flower Mound Dental in 2020 and loves serving the Flower Mound community. Rachel and her husband, Justin reside in Argyle and have two sons who keep them busy. As a native Texan, Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors (except when it’s cold). She also likes to cook and shop.
Nicole: Dental Assistant
Nicole joined our team in April of 2025 and has been in the dental field for about a year and a half. During her time as a dental assistant, she has enjoyed learning many different aspects of dentistry and continues to grow her knowledge and skills every day. One of her favorite parts of her role is meeting patients and getting to know them on a personal level. Outside of work, Nicole loves shopping, binge-watching her favorite TV shows, and spending quality time with her family. She married her high school sweetheart, Zac, in 2018, and together they share their home with two cats and an adorable corgi. In her free time, Nicole also enjoys reading and taking her dog on long walks.
Dipali: Front Office
Dipali has been in the health care industry for the past 10 years. She graduated in 2010 from UCLA with a master’s degree in business management. She started with flower mound dental in 2023 and loves to take care of people. She loves to travel with her husband and 2 daughters on the weekends. She also loves to dance and try new foods, she prefers all types of spicy food, and lastly enjoys painting. Dipali loves to find any reason to celebrate!
Christa: Front Desk
Christa is 35 years old and a proud mom to her 9-year-old daughter, Kennedy. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and friends. She’s a big fan of Mexican food and loves watching horror movies. Before joining Pearl Street Dental, Christa worked at an orthodontic office, but was excited to transition into general dentistry to continue learning and growing her skills across all areas of the field. She has a passion for expanding her knowledge and being well-versed in every aspect of dentistry.
